Our Story
OIC Education was born at the University of Oxford in 2022, founded by educators, data scientists, and industry experts who saw a global need for better decision-making support in education.
As mentors, parents, and former international students, we recognised that most young people face critical junctures — choosing courses, careers, or universities — often guided by luck, not insight.
We created OIC Education to ensure that every learner, everywhere, can make well-informed decisions, not just lucky guesses.
Developed further in Australia at the University of Sydney and UTS, OIC Education bridges the best of Oxford research and Australian innovation.
Our UK- and Australia-based psychologists and educators have built a platform that turns cognitive science and AI into practical guidance — empowering students to act with confidence and clarity.
